      The 117th original RHD – manufactured in October 1971 – Jaguar E Type  S3 – 5.3 – V12 Roadster.
      Finished in Bahama Gold with a Black Interior and Head Rests with a Black Mohair Hood.

      The first owner Mr Light ordered this S3 Roadster as a special order in Bahama Gold the same colour as his 3 dr Bahama Gold Range Rover and is believed to have been the only factory S3 E Type Roadster to be finished in this colour & his business partner ordered his S3 2 + 2 in the same colour combination.

      An unrestored example that has been rust proofed from new and still retains it’s original Interior, showing only 71,000 miles recorded which is supported by many previous MOT’S held within its large accompanying history file and has always been well maintained.

      When first launched in March 1971 the Motorsport Magazine did an extended 1,444 mile road test in England, Wales and the Scottish Highlands were the V12 Jaguar proved to be a very fine effortless high-speed touring car, which would accelerate effectively from 100 m.p.h. upwards with petrol consumption nearly averaging 17 m.p.g.
